The Ridgeway, Off Barnfield Avenue, Murdishaw

Murdishaw can be a hard place to live, but we aim to get involved in making it better.

Many of our regular congregation are involved in social or community activities in some way or another.

Town

Runcorn is a Cheshire town, but feels more like a Lancashire town. Its original growth was based on the canal system allowing trades like tanning and industrial process chemical industries to grow up.

ICI is still a major employer for the town, but the New Town has encouraged the growth of a number of high tech. industries.

Despite being a small Church, we have a relatively large involvement in Town wide church and community development issues

Wider

With church members drawn in from all over Britain, and some of us having lived or worked in Africa and the Far East, we've not forgotten our place in the world. We have lobbied MPs and European leaders on the Jubilee 2000 campaign, we are regular donors to Christian Aid and we always respond with a retiring collection if the Disaster Emergency Committee call for a special appeal.

Where we are from?
